Try opening the link to the PDF files in a different web browser, such as Chrome, FireFox or Internet Explorer.
- You may need to temporarily disable any pop up blockers and/or enable Javascript, Adbobe Plugins, and Cookies.

Save the PDF ticket file to your desktop and open it from there, instead of from within your browser window.
- Then, open the file using Adobe Reader and select "File" then "Print".
- Be sure to check that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
